There's my Elevator Pitch No. 1

My opportunity is to build a small boutique in the town of Winderemere, Florida right outside of Orlando. Windermere is about 35 minutes away from a mall, and lacks a small town boutique. The town is very suburban and full of families so it has the means to support a store. The store will have clothes, accessories, candles, and holiday items, perfect for shopping and gift giving!

  1. Hi Caroline,
Sweet idea! Lol lame joke. I must say I see you are really motivated for your idea, as if it was not only a school assignment. I see that you have both the prices and the clientele figured out, and that is great. I hope you get to pursue this idea sooner than later, and have a shot of success through your dream boutique. Here is the link to my idea if you wish to see it. http://ent3003cesaralfonzo.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch.html

  2. I think your idea is great, I know that area very well and agree that it could use something along those lines. My only concern with that would be the pricing, one of the reasons I don't shop at boutiques is because they can be very expensive. If your boutique offered affordable clothing it think it would be a great opportunity. I think your elevator pitch was great you seemed very comfortable, the only problem I saw was the amount of filler words that you used in it. Other than that great job, here is a link to my blog:

  3. I really like your idea!!!! You seem very passionate about your product. Great to see someone has that passion because a lot of people lack that drive to shine. It was great to see you in the video and I personally agree with your elevator pitch! The only thing I would be careful with is your pricing because there is a lot of things that go into the pricing.
